    State of the Graph (“SotG”) is a private partnership of its founding partners, based in the United States, that provides an online resource and related content, data, and reports. SotG is a wholly-owned brand of Georgios Anadiotis, Maya Natarajan, and Anisha Mane.

In these terms, any reference to “State of the Graph”, “SotG”, “we” or “us” also includes the applicable operating legal entity in the United States and its affiliates and subsidiaries.

  1. Liability
    State of the Graph assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage that arises as a result of any use of the data, content, or services provided by us, or for any use of or reliance on any content displayed on our website.

In particular, State of the Graph will not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption, loss of business opportunity, or any delays caused by an event outside our control.

State of the Graph does not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for any death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

    Product and brand names referenced on the Service remain the registered trademarks of their respective companies.

State of the Graph is a private partnership among its founding partners. All content made available by State of the Graph, including but not limited to text, data, datasets, rankings, taxonomies, graphics, logos, images, downloads, and reports (the “Content”), is protected by copyright, database, and other intellectual property laws and is owned by State of the Graph or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, download, scrape, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, or redistribute any Content, in whole or in part, whether for commercial or non‑commercial purposes, without our prior written approval.

Limited quotation of brief excerpts of the Content is permitted for commentary, research, or review, provided that you (a) do not alter the meaning of the excerpt, and (b) clearly attribute the source as “State of the Graph” and include a link to https://www.stateofthegraph.com/.

Nothing in these terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the Content, the State of the Graph name, or any associated trademarks or service marks, except for the limited rights expressly set out above.

You and State of the Graph agree that the courts located in that state shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
